Serve the hot and fresh pulao with curs pickle or chutney. Keep 3 cups of water in a pot add salt when its heat add soya chunks and cook well for 8 minutes and transfer to a bowl of cold water. Boil water milk in a pan till it bubbles up rigourously switch off and add the soya chunks and let it aside for few mins for it to grow in size meanwhile soak basmati rice for atleast 30mins. Add in peas garam masala powder and soya chunks.
