Baked Artichoke Recipes
In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs lemon zest parmesan cheese minced garlic chopped parsley minced oregano 1 2 cup olive oil and black pepper.

To finish the artichoke to greatness cut in half and grill for 5 minutes over hot coals. Using kitchen scissors snip the pointed tops off of each leaf being careful as these can be sharp.

You should have about 3 cups. Slice the artichoke in half vertically. Spread artichoke hearts into bottom of prepared baking dish.
